A body that is strong and flexible will afford you a much more enjoyable life. With that in mind, my goal is always to meet clients where they are physically and challenge them to achieve feats they did not know they were capable of.
I began training for the Los Angeles Marathon in 2011. I discovered the power of Pilates when I incorporated these workouts into my regimen and noticed my body mechanics and flexibility improve dramatically. Later that year, I decided to embark on a new career and became a certified Pilates Instructor in the Classical Pilates Method. I then completed my CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) certification from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). As a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer, I was doing a lot of rehabilitation work with clients working alongside a chiropractor. I completed my CES (Correctional Exercise Specialist) certification with NASM to be able to help clients with injuries or muscular imbalances. Seeing the significance and impact soft tissue work has on the body I have just completed a 600 hours of study at IPSB (Institute of Psyco-Structual Balancing) earning my CMT (Certified Massage Therapist) certification. In June 2018 I completed the Romana Pilates Certification.
